Our science discussions have been quite interesting this week! The students have been extremely inquisitive about radiant energy and the electromagnetic spectrum. While we discussed it for awhile in class, I thought I would provide some additional online resources for students to further explore the concept!

1. http://science.hq.nasa.gov/kids/imagers/ems/ - Here you can click on each segment of the spectrum to learn more about the different types of waves. This is the one that I think is the best.

2. http://www.lbl.gov/MicroWorlds/ALSTool/EMSpec/EMSpec2.html

Enjoy!
